Infrared Person

Another trip to the Marshes where I live, this time to capture some shots away from the pond. This time I went with my husband, it was a sunny day with a breeze so perfect weather conditions. I was able to experiment further by asking him to model in the shot. I had not expected the image to come out so well, considering he had to hold the pose for around 30 seconds, without blinking. There is some motion blur however the image looks quite dramatic with him stood there. He just about gets away with the clothes he is wearing which do not have any visible logos to date it, however, this needs to be considered next time, if using a person in the shot. I have seen fashion models in a studio setting for infrared and have also seen cows laying down in a field, but I have not yet found a person outside on this similar vein. It is again quite a haunting appearance, as the skin turns out really white and the eyes really black so there is something not quite right about the person in infrared as they take on a slightly menacing look.
